I wake up some days asking, why me? Then, days like today I understand, maybe is this why..!!! šŸ™
Gave an interactive motivational talk on ā€œGrit and Perseveranceā€ to 320 students, age 7 to 13 year olds and their teachers. Their eyes filled with dreams, hope and aspirations, such a fulfilling two days inspiring the generation next to face their fears and failures , follow their dreams and never give up

I am a fighter & survivor of rare Spinal Cord Tumor. The type of tumor was rare, with fewer than 70 known cases world-wide over the last 85 years. Not removing it would have meant certain paralysis from the neck down. Surgery didnā€™t guarantee success either. Being unable to walk, talk, or breathe on my own were distinct possibilities.
